I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly. However, I provide a Superbill — an itemized statement of services — that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimate
As of January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to provide estimates for the costs of your care. The Good Faith Estimate shows the cost of items and services that are reasonably expected for your treatment. After scheduling an initial appointment, you may request from me a Good Faith Estimate document, which puts into writing cost of sessions, frequency of sessions, and duration of treatment.
